Refund policy

XYLA Fragrance follows the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.
1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, XYLA does not accept returns for change of mind on opened fragrance products.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. OR buy the discovery set which includes 10 x 2ml different scent and sample first before investing in full bottle.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
Customers may request a replacement or refund if a product:
• arrives damaged
• is faulty
• is significantly different from the description
To request a resolution, customers must contact us via hello@xyla.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customers may be asked to provide:
• photos of the damaged product
• order number
• description of the issue
3. Incorrect Orders
If the wrong item was sent, XYLA will arrange:
• replacement of the correct product, or
• a full refund
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
• opened fragrance bottles
• used products
• gift cards
• promotional items
